The readership of this blog has increased dramatically over the past several months. Some may have noticed some slight changes in the format since its earlier days. One of the most notable is the bit at the bottom put there to encourage thought: "Bottom Line Thought".
What you are now seeing in the blog, including a large selection of posts from earlier days, is being put into manuscript form. That is being done in preparation for a book that will be published (within a month). It's title will be A Better Man, Husband, Father. The publishing agreement has been signed, and the project in full steam ahead.
An undertaking like this is not cheap. I'm a semi-retired blue collar guy, who has simply felt led to not just write the blog, but to get the book published and marketed so that other men can be reached with something they can possibly relate to in their lives.
